Alabama baseball to face Oklahoma in first conference trip to Norman

Alabama baseball, ranked No. 16, will travel to play No. 11 Oklahoma beginning Thursday, April 1, according to an announcement from the team. The three-game series at L. Dale Mitchell Park marks the Crimson Tide’s first conference trip to Norman.

The matchup is significant as it brings together two nationally ranked teams and offers Alabama a chance to compete against a top-tier opponent on the road.

Games are scheduled for Thursday and Friday at 6:30 p.m. Central Time and Saturday at 2 p.m., with all contests broadcast on SEC Network+. The probable pitching matchups include Tyler Fay starting for Alabama against LJ Mercurius of Oklahoma on Thursday; Zane Adams facing Cameron Johnson on Friday; and Myles Upchurch going up against Cord Rager in Saturday’s finale.

Fans can follow live stats or listen via The Varsity Network, while video streams will be available for each game through SEC Network+ links provided by the university.

This series represents an important test for both programs as they continue their seasons within conference play.
