On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Paul W. Bryant High School – Tuscaloosa City standouts Brandon Gooden and Jayden Smith’s current college team, the LeMoyne-Owen Magicians, lost 16-7 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Edward Waters Tigers.

The game took place at James P. Small Memorial Park. This was their third matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Magicians’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 19 at 12 a.m. at Lamar Porter Field against Philander Smith Panthers.
