FOIA Request to Shelton State Community College Regarding Chinese National Students on May 16, 2025.

This request seeks detailed information concerning Chinese National students currently enrolled at the institution.
Our inquiry specifically requests:
1. Documents or lists identifying all current students who are Chinese Nationals, along with their respective departments of study. If such information is protected, we ask for the total number of these students and a breakdown by department.
2. Records detailing any scholarships awarded to Chinese National students, including the amount received and the source of each scholarship.
3. A list of recipients of scholarships affiliated with the Chinese Scholarship Council, unless this information is already covered in the previous request.
4. Policies or procedures that outline how the university monitors students, including those who are Chinese Nationals, to safeguard intellectual property and other confidential information.
