On Thursday, May 15, former Tuscaloosa Academy standout Jordan Evans’ current collegiate team the Mississippi Choctaws lost 13-9 against the Lynn Fighting Knights in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at UT Baseball Field at 5 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Lynn Fighting Knights in the tournament.

The Mississippi Choctaws’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 5:20 p.m. at UT Baseball Field.
