On Friday, Jan. 31, former Tuscaloosa County High School standout Mitt Landers’ current college team, the Montevallo Falcons, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Embry-Riddle FL Eagles.

The game took place at Kermit A. Johnson Field at Bob Riesener Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Falcons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 1 p.m. at Kermit A. Johnson Field at Bob Riesener Stadium against Embry-Riddle FL Eagles.
