Tuscaloosa County School System issued the following announcement on Nov. 3.
We enjoyed seeing so many creative costumes and ideas from our students for Red Ribbon Week. We also loved seeing how our students took this time to honor some of the people who make a difference in their lives every day. Myrtlewood Elementary appreciates the hard work of Andre, who delivers packages to the school. One of the students dressed as a UPS driver, and got some great photos with Andre and his truck! And on Superhero Day at Northport Elementary, one of the students dressed up as his superhero – his principal, Mr. Campbell!
