City of Tuscaloosa issued the following announcement on Dec. 10.
In an effort to best serve the community in light of staffing shortages due to COVID-19, some Thursday recycling routes are temporarily moving to Friday.
Citizens whose residence falls in the green map area below, will temporarily have their recycling picked up on Friday instead of Thursday, beginning week (pickup on Dec. 11 instead of Dec. 10).
This will not affect garbage schedules. For questions about how this change affects a specific residence, please call Tuscaloosa 311.
