It's late November in 1954 and all Ann Hodges wanted was a nap. Just as she drifted off, snuggled under her favorite blanket, an 8.5-pound meteorite blew a hole in her roof, ricocheted off a large Philco radio and struck her in the side. That day, Ann officially became the only human documented to have been hit by a meteorite.
