Several TPD officers have volunteered to assist the Selma Police Department as they recover from the devastating tornado that struck their city yesterday. The officers are helping SPD with security and traffic control at storm-damaged locations.
We’ll never forget the many departments that sent help to Tuscaloosa after April 27, 2011. We couldn’t have made it through those first few days and weeks without their assistance, and we’ll always do our best to pay that forward.
