Did you know: the Office of Veteran and Military Affairs and the Tuscaloosa Veterans Affairs Hospital collaborate to offer a health clinic that is the first of its kind to be located on a university campus? The clinic offers medical services for UA students, faculty members and staff who qualify for VA treatment.

Each year, the VMA assists around 4,100 students with military ties, providing the University with financial benefits of nearly $70 million. In addition to veterans, the VMA serves active duty personnel, National Guard, Reserve members, military dependents, and Army and Air Force ROTC students!
