On Sunday, Feb. 2, former Tuscaloosa County High School standout Mitt Landers’ current college team, the Montevallo Falcons, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Embry-Riddle FL Eagles.

The game took place at Kermit A. Johnson Field at Bob Riesener Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Falcons’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 4 at 3 p.m. at Historic Sims-Galle Field against Spring Hill Badgers.
